Welcome to Leilehua High School in beautiful central Oahu. Nationally recognized as a Blue Ribbon School by the United States Department of Education and fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), Leilehua is a school of approximately 1,700 students and about 140 faculty and 50 staff members sitting on 32 acres in the historic town of Wahiawa.
Approximately 35% of the student body are from military families stationed at Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, and the Naval Communication Station in Whitmore. Strong military and community partnerships strengthen the learning experiences for an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
Established in 1924, and relocated to its present location in 1949, Leilehua has a long and interesting history.
